Our Jewelry
We treat any order as confirmed order after we receive the full payment in advance. Once the payment is received, our member of our team will contact you and keep you updated on the making and delivery process.
We make our jewellery using all precious metals from 925 sterling silver, 9K solid gold, 14K solid gold, 18K gold. All technical specifications for each piece will be listed on each product page for easy reference. All jewellery will be hallmarked.
We produce our pieces using a variety of techniques. Most of our pieces are still handmade, however, we also use other techniques such as electroforming, lost wax casting and plating.
Most of our jewellery is still hand-made at our family workshop in India. We also get our designs made by local artisans and craftsmen in India using traditional jewellery-making techniques and adopting fair trade practices.

We ship our beautiful jewellery with Express Australia Post throughout the country. Expected delivery times are approx 1 -2 days with express shipping.
We offer payment options via Direct Deposit, PayPal, or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX) without surcharge. Credit card payments would need to be made over the phone on 0430440049.
All our jewellery will be made to your specifications ordered and the delivery time we require is minimum 4 to 6 weeks.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes! We offer a 12 month warranty on all of our jewellery. Our quality control team work hard to ensure all of our jewellery is free from any defects, however, on the rare occasions something does go wrong please contact us on 0430440049 or email us at info@vamacouture.com and we will resolve it for you.
